Donna Demarco accepted the grant. The grant money will be used to purchase equipment for patients and residents. NEHA has an endowment fund with the foundation and proceeds from the fund as for use by NEHA in the Beausejour area only.

This grant comes from a dedicated fund used to support the on going operations at the Beausejour and area health facilities.
Edward Schreyer School Boys Basketball - $175
This grant comes from a fund created by local donors to support the activities of the boys’ basketball team at Edward Schreyer School.
Broken Beau Historical Society - 466.41
These funds come from a fund created to support and maintain the Ed Schreyer papers.
Tyndall Playgroup - $613
This organizations was granted $300 by the Youth in Philanthropy students and $313 by the foundation for the purchase of equipment and materials for a playgroup of preschool age children. Parents of these children in the Tyndall, Garson, and surrounding area will be able to use the playgroup on a drop-in style to network, support each other, and build our community.
Beausejour Hospital TV Fund - $1119.98
This organization was granted $300 by the Youth in Philanthropy students and the remainder by the foundation for the purchase of two televisions for use by the patients at Beausejour Hospital.
Association for Community Living - $2517
To be use to purchase education material called Circles. These materials will be used to educate their clients on social and sexual boundaries, provide foundation for appropriate social/sexual behaviour, strategies for handling sexual explotation, and protection against communicable diseases.
